What this site is

Business Value Calculators provides free, indicative valuation estimates and, if you ask for them, introductions to buyers who may make an offer for your business.

The valuation is an estimate, not advice

Every figure on this site is an indicative range based on the numbers you enter and on general market multiples. It is not a formal appraisal, not a guarantee of price, and not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Do not make a decision to sell, refinance or restructure based on a figure from this site alone. Take professional advice on your own circumstances.

The information you give us

You confirm that the figures and details you enter are yours to share and are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate inputs produce an inaccurate range, and can cause an offer to be withdrawn or revised later.

Offers

We aim to return up to three indicative offers within 24 hours of a request, but we cannot guarantee that any buyer will make an offer, or that offers will match your range.

Any offer is indicative and subject to the buyer's own diligence and a signed agreement. We are not a party to any sale.

You are never charged a fee. Where we are paid, we are paid by the buyer on completion of a transaction you have agreed to.

Your account

Team accounts are for authorised staff only. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy or resell the content or calculators, submit information that is not yours, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a valuation range, from any dealings with a buyer, or from any interruption to the site.
