Can commissions be assigned to me?
It depends on the carrier and the upline. Assignment of commissions and hierarchy release are the two gates, and we raise both before diligence.
When do these deals happen?
Timing works around the annual enrollment period. Most sellers prefer to close before or well after it, not during.
What about downline agents?
If the seller has a downline, override income and the agents' contracts are summarised separately from personal production.
Is there a fee?
