Common questions
Does the fuel supply contract transfer?
Usually the buyer signs a new agreement with the supplier, and remaining branding commitments can carry obligations. We raise it early.
What about underground storage tanks?
Tank age, compliance testing and any remediation history are part of every summary. Environmental diligence is standard in this category.
Is inventory in the price?
No. Fuel and store inventory are counted at closing and paid for separately.
Is there a fee?
No. Registration is free.
